  • Carefully putting decor back in boxes or containers
  • Separating rental and personal items
  • Providing an inventory of all decor items
  • Assistance in packing your vehicle with decor items

  • Price dependant on amount of rental pieces

Set up and tear down starting $550

Includes:

  • Virtual or phone meeting about designs etc.
  • Email communication with pictures of your designs and vision
  • Assistance in packing your vehicle with decor items
  • Set up decor before event
  • Putting items away after event

Day of coordination $850

Includes:

  • 8 hours of service
  • Up to 2 virtual or phone meetings
  • Unlimited email or text communication
  • Guest and bridal party support
  • Decor set up
  • Management of timeline/schedule
  • Assistance with ceremony procession
  • Onsite vendor management

*Need assistance that is ceremony focused or reception focused only? Price starts $400.
